Any illegal reuse, resale,distribution or publication in any and all media without permission in writing will be liable to prosecution under international copyright law. Purchasing artwork constitutes ownership of that physical object and not any rights to publish, distribute market or otherwise exploit that image.
Purchasing
Payment can be made using a credit or debit card or Paypal using the Paypal secure payment page. All payments are made on secure server and we don't have access to your card details.
The buyer's payment includes postage, packaging.
Availability
All artwork/product is subject to availability. If unavailable the buyer will be informed and a full refund issued.
The price and description of the artwork/product is valid at the time of order. Any subsequent changes will not affect the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order. Should this occur a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
Items will only be despatched to the cardholder's address, unless by arrangement on request.
The artwork/product will be delivered to the address submitted by the buyer on the checkout pages.
Once delivered, the buyer will be the owner of the artwork/product and therefore responsible for any loss or damage.
If a buyer does not claim the order after a delivery has been attempted and the order is returned to the us, the buyer will receive a full refund less any expenses incurred for delivery (shipping fee)
If a buyer refuses to take delivery of the artwork, the buyer will receive a full refund less any expenses incurred for delivery.
A buyer must refuse to take delivery of the artwork/product if any damage is evident.
Please note that if any other products are ordered in conjunction with a pre-order item, these will be held until we can fulfil the whole order.
Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Definitions

'Buyer' represents purchasers from this website.
'Artwork/product' represents artwork displayed and sold from the website.
'Us / We' refers to Adrian Valencia.
Return Policy
The buyer may return the artwork to the seller and cancel the sale up to 14 working days after delivery for any reason.
The buyer must notify us of any cancellation in writing or by e-mail within 14 working days of delivery.
The buyer is responsible for return deliveries, including all delivery and insurance costs. The seller must confirm acceptable condition of the artwork before a refund to the buyer is made.
Buyers will be informed of a return delivery address upon notification to us that they wish to return or cancel an order.
